No smoking is allowed inside the units.

Regretfully no children under 12, children over 12 are charged as adults or if using the sleeper couches at R250.00 per night.

Unfortunately no pets are allowed as I have my own friendly dogs, border collies Chelsey & Flash and Titan the Great Dane.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED?

Reservations will only be guaranteed by providing a 50% deposit to confirm the booking.

PAYMENT

Unfortunately we do not accept credit cards, electronic transfers is preferred

Cancellation Terms

Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote or paid value, whichever is the greater.

Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote or paid value, whichever is the greater.

For less than 7 days, non-arrival/no show/premature departure, 100% of the accommodation cost will be payable.
