This newly built two-bedroom free standing cottage is light, airy, modern and comfortable.  Consisting of an extra-large main bedroom (option of a king size bed or two singles) and a second bedroom with a queen size bed both of which have plenty of cupboard space. There is a separate bathroom consisting of a toilet and basin with a shower.

The large open plan modern kitchen is fully fitted and includes an induction hot plate, microwave, fridge and all necessary utensils and crockery to self-cater. There is a patio and a large garden with a sparkling pool for relaxing. Secure off-street open-air parking is provided, the gate has remote access.

The property is situated in a secure boomed area and is fenced with good security.

Sandton City is a 10 min drive away. The new Sandton Gate Centre is less then 1km away on William Nicol Drive where you will find a new Planet Fitness Gym. Uber always seems under 5 minutes away. The Gautrain station at Sandton is the closest and it’s a 20min ride to OR Tambo.

Top schools, universities and restaurants can be found nearby as well as green areas for walking and biking.
